Case Study: We implemented the ECG C.L.E.A.R Solutions Model© to turn around a failing Federally-funded educational program at a leading state university in just three months.  The program was dogged by disconnected leadership, interpersonal conflict, and team dysfunction that made collaboration, effective listening, and kindness difficult. This was a crisis. The demise of the program was imminent.  Pulling the staff and leadership together in a highly experiential two-day retreat provided staff reflections and commitments opportunities. The experiential activities reflected how the team could work more harmoniously and productively.
